|Description:||This position shows the first impression of the entire dining room and should always show a very positive attitude. The Host/Hostess will make the guests feel welcome in the hotel restaurant with an immediate, courteous greeting and offer seating in the dining room. |
Hours range from 10-15 per week; Friday, Saturday and Sunday with the occasional week day.
|Duties:||1. Greet and seat our guests. |
2. Keep host station well maintained, take room service orders and reservations.
3. Help servers and bussers when needed.
4. Have a full knowledge of menu selections and know table rotation for wait staff.
|Qualifications:||*Food service and/or host experience preferred. |
*Must have weekend availability, including holidays.
*Must be able to push, pull and lift dishes, food and trays and be able to stand for entire shift.
*Must have a professional and pleasant manner, have cash handling experience and have good communication and organization skills.
